Every DeskPRO Live helpdesk gets a free subdomain and a set email addresses. But there are a number of options that allow you to use your own domains and your own email addresses. Your customers never need to know that you outsource your helpdesk management.
Helpdesk Domain
Every customer gets a free sub-domain like yourcompany.corphelp.com. We also offer the ability for you to add your own custom domain or subdomain. You can use any domain you have control over.
Helpdesk Email Addresses
Each helpdesk can create an unlimited number of email addresses in the form of example.yourcompany@corphelp.com. But if you want to provide your own email addresses, such as support@yourcomain.com, all you need to do is set up an email forwarder to one of our addresses. DeskPRO Live handles forwarded emails without a flaw. This allows you to use literally any email address you want simply by forwarding it.
