Getting Help or Contacting Us

The best way to get help is to submit a ticket to our own helpdesk, or sending an email to support@deskprolive.com. These are the only official means of contacting us.

If you want peer support from other customers you might want to try opening a new thread on our forums. We encourage you to use our forums if you want to get advice related to running a helpdesk, or need help solving problems that aren't exactly to do with DeskPRO.

Submitting Feedback

If you want to submit a feature suggestion, we encourage you to post a new thread on our forums. This way, the topic is open for discussion and we can gain insight from everybody.

If you have encountered a bug, please open up a bug report in our bug tracker. Our developers routinely provide patches to high-priority bugs.
